E-commerce Store Development

We build turnkey online stores: product catalog, shopping cart, payment processing, shipping, and integration with accounting systems. Not just a storefront, but a tool that makes it easy to sell and manage your business on a daily basis.

What's Included in the Online Store

What we use

For most stores, we use WooCommerce: it has an intuitive admin panel, ready-made modules for Ukrainian payment systems and shipping, and there’s no monthly platform fee. For complex logic or a large product range, we build a custom solution.

Choosing a platform isn't a matter of trend, but a matter of how much you'll pay for changes a year from now.

What Affects the Duration and Cost

The typical duration is 8 to 16 weeks. Calculate Your Store's Profits You can do it in three steps.

A store that sells

The technical side is only half the battle. We immediately lay the groundwork for what a store needs to be successful:

Why traffic doesn't always turn into orders—we break it down in this article "Why Isn't the Website Generating Leads?".

How the Work Is Done

1. Brief and catalog structure — 3–7 days

The most important part of an online store: categories, product details, filters, and product variations. Redesigning the catalog after launch costs more than the initial development and usually results in a drop in search rankings.

2. Prototypes of key pages — 3–5 days

Home page, category page, product detail page, shopping cart, checkout. These five screens are where it’s decided whether a customer will make a purchase or leave.

3. Design — 2–3 weeks

Unique layouts for the desktop and mobile versions, button and form states, and empty states (no products, no search results)—these are the things that are often overlooked and end up looking broken.

4. Development — 4–8 weeks

Layout, catalog, shopping cart, payment options, shipping, admin panel, integrations with accounting and CRM systems, product import.

5. Content creation and testing — 1–3 weeks

Importing products, test orders with actual payments and invoices, and checking emails and statuses.

Questions and Answers

How much does an online store cost?
It depends on the size of the product range, the number of attributes and filters, and the set of integrations. We do not publish a general price list—we send a quote after receiving a brief: fill out the form. We explained what goes into a cost estimate in this article How much does an online store cost?.
How long does it take to develop an online store?
Typically, it takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the catalog and integrations. We set the timeline in phases leading up to launch.
Is it possible to transfer products from the old website?
Yes. We migrate data from an export, a spreadsheet, or directly from the database, preserving page URLs and using 301 redirects—otherwise, the store will lose the rankings it has built up over the years.
What payment and shipping options do you offer?
LiqPay, Fondy, WayForPay, credit card payment, or cash on delivery; Nova Poshta (with the option to select a branch right in the form), Ukrposhta, and in-store pickup. We can integrate other services as well, provided they have an API.
Do you integrate the store with 1C or a CRM?
For example: inventory, prices, orders, and invoices. The scope of work depends on whether the system has a standard API—file-based data exchange is cheaper, but has limitations on the update frequency.
Do you work with clients outside of Kyiv?
Yes, we operate throughout Ukraine and with clients abroad; all communication can take place online.
