Turnkey Website Development

We design, develop, and program websites from start to finish: from page structure to access management. We’ve been working with businesses since 2014 in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine, as well as with clients abroad. Our portfolio includes beauty salons, internet service providers, manufacturing companies, media outlets, and online services.

What kinds of websites do we build?

Who is this for?

We don't build cookie-cutter websites in three days. Our clients typically fall into one of three categories:

How the Work Is Done

1. Briefing and assessment — 1–3 days

We identify the business objectives, not just the desired set of pages. The result is a structure, a timeline, and a cost estimate. You can get an approximate cost estimate even before our conversation: calculate the project.

2. Design — 3–7 days

Page structure and prototypes. This is a step that’s often skipped—and that’s exactly why designs end up being reworked later. Here, we define the semantics so that there’s a separate page for each search query. What you need to prepare on your end—in Pre-development checklist.

3. Design — 1–3 weeks

We design unique layouts tailored to your brand, with separate versions for desktop and mobile. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. Learn more about our approach on the page UX/UI Design.

4. Development — 2–4 weeks

Layout, programming, admin panel, integrations with payment systems, shipping, CRM, or 1C. A website built on WordPress or a custom solution—depending on the project. We make every section editable: you can update text, photos, and prices yourself, without needing a developer.

5. Content creation and testing — 1–2 weeks

We migrate content, test forms, page speed, and how the site displays in different browsers and on mobile devices, and set up analytics and Search Console.

6. Launch and Support

Migration to a hosting provider, SSL, basic SEO optimization, training on how to use the admin panel, and transfer of access credentials. Next— support and development, if you need it.

What's Included in the Price

What we use

By default — WordPress with a custom theme tailored to your design, without the clutter of heavy page builders. This provides an editable admin panel—for which it’s easy to find a specialist—and full control over the code and speed. We explained why not a page builder in this comparison Tilda, Wix, or WordPress.

When a project goes beyond the scope of a website—such as calculations, user accounts, or data exchange—we build a custom solution or a hybrid approach: a WordPress front end with the business logic handled by a separate service.

The integrations we set up most often are: LiqPay and Fondy, Nova Poshta, CRM (Keycrm, Pipedrive, Bitrix24), 1C and other accounting systems, Google Analytics and Search Console, chat widgets, and messaging apps.

How much does it cost?

The price depends not on the number of pages, but on the scope of unique solutions: how many layouts we design from scratch, how many integrations we program, and who prepares the content. That’s why we don’t publish a general price list—it wouldn’t match your project anyway.

We broke down the structure of the cost estimate in a separate article: What Goes Into the Price of a Website?. You can calculate the cost of your project in three steps — We'll send you an estimate of the cost and timeline without any phone calls.

How long does it take?

We set the timeline in phases before we even begin. The most common cause of delays isn't development, but rather content and client approval: We went into this in detail.

How We Work

We’re based in Kyiv, but we work on projects for clients throughout Ukraine and abroad—all communication can take place online. Discussions via messaging apps or phone calls, mockups in Figma, and a test version of the website are available to you at every stage. A face-to-face meeting in Kyiv is optional, but not required for the project.

Questions and Answers

How much does it cost to develop a website?
It depends on the type of project and the number of unique layouts and integrations. We do not publish a general price list because it does not reflect actual projects. We’ll send you an estimated cost after a brief meeting — Fill out the calculation form.
How long does it take to develop a website?
From 2–3 weeks for a landing page to 3 months or more for a service with a personal account. A corporate website typically takes 5–8 weeks. We set the timeline in phases before work begins.
Who writes the content and prepares the photos for the website?
We can handle this—it’s a separate phase in the quote. If you’re preparing the content, we’ll provide the structure and length for each section so that the text fits into the design.
Will the website be available in Ukrainian and other languages?
Yes. We set up multilingual support with separate URLs for each language and proper markup for search—otherwise, Google will treat them as duplicates. A comparison of tools can be found in the article about multilingual plugins.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. All text, images, prices, and pages can be edited in the admin panel without a developer. After launch, we provide training and leave a user guide.
Is SEO part of website development?
Basic optimization is included in the development process: query-based structure, meta tags, speed, sitemap, microdata, and Search Console integration. This is the foundation—rankings improve over time and depend on content and competition. What exactly is included in the minimum requirements before launch—in SEO checklist.
Do you work with clients outside of Kyiv?
Yes, we work throughout Ukraine and with clients abroad. The entire process can be handled online: the brief, mockups, a test version, and access setup.
What will happen after the website launches?
There is a warranty period during which we correct errors free of charge. After that, if you wish— technical support: updates, backups, improvements, and development.
