"Mebleriya" — a manufacturer of custom kitchens and furniture with over 30 years of experience.
Task
It takes a long time to buy custom-made furniture: people compare options, seek advice, and come back several times. The website was designed to guide them through this entire process.
What They Did
- Gallery of completed projects, organized by furniture type
- Description of the stages: measurement, design, fabrication, installation
- Requesting a free estimate as the main action
- Focus on in-house production and deadlines
Details
The focus was on photos of actual projects: in the furniture industry, this is the main selling point—more powerful than any text.

What was taken into account in the niche
Custom furniture is a long-term purchase. Weeks pass from the first visit to the website to placing an order: customers compare manufacturers, consult with their families, and return to take another look. The website plays three different roles in this cycle—first, it showcases the quality of the work; second, it alleviates concerns about deadlines and quality; and only at the end does it collect the request for a quote.
The second key point is that decisions are made based on photos. No amount of text about “high-quality materials” is as effective as ten photos of real kitchens in ordinary apartments.
Site Structure
- Projects — a gallery of completed projects, organized by furniture type: kitchens, cabinets, children's furniture, and commercial furniture.
- For Businesses — a separate category: furniture for institutions and offices, which has different deadlines and order volumes.
- About Us — Our in-house production and more than 30 years of experience are our strongest selling points.
- Contacts — Requesting a free estimate as the primary call-to-action.
Technical Solutions
- The gallery is based on editable templates: the client adds new work themselves, without a developer.
- Photos are compressed and loaded asynchronously—otherwise, a page with dozens of photos would take a long time to load.
- The steps of the process are described in sequence: measurement, design, fabrication, and installation—this addresses most questions before the first call.
- The quote request form is available from any page, not just the "Contact Us" page.
What the client received
- A portfolio that the company adds to after every project.
- Separation of retail and business orders at the order placement stage.
- A website that loads properly on a phone—that's where most visitors come from.
- Access to the domain, hosting, and admin panel on the client's end.
