Turnkey Website Development
We design, develop, and program websites from start to finish: from page structure to access management. We’ve been working with businesses since 2014 in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine, as well as with clients abroad. Our portfolio includes beauty salons, internet service providers, manufacturing companies, media outlets, and online services.
What kinds of websites do we build?
- Corporate Websites — For companies that need a solid foundation: services, case studies, a team, and a blog. Over time, search will become the main source of traffic.
- Landing Pages — one page per service or promotion, usually for advertising purposes.
- Online Stores — catalog, shopping cart, payment, shipping, CRM integration.
- Web Services — personal accounts, billing, data management, APIs.
- Directory and Reference Websites — when there are many products or items, and sales take place offline.
Who is this for?
We don't build cookie-cutter websites in three days. Our clients typically fall into one of three categories:
- There is no website at all. The business relies on word of mouth and social media, but it's losing customers who search on Google.
- The website exists, but it's not working. Whether it was created a long time ago or using a website builder, it doesn't generate leads, and it's difficult to update. We've broken down the typical reasons in this article Why isn't the website generating any leads?.
- I need to take it to the next level. Your business has grown: you need multilingual support, a catalog with filters, integration with accounting software, or a customer dashboard.
How the Work Is Done
1. Briefing and assessment — 1–3 days
We identify the business objectives, not just the desired set of pages. The result is a structure, a timeline, and a cost estimate. You can get an approximate cost estimate even before our conversation: calculate the project.
2. Design — 3–7 days
Page structure and prototypes. This is a step that’s often skipped—and that’s exactly why designs end up being reworked later. Here, we define the semantics so that there’s a separate page for each search query. What you need to prepare on your end—in Pre-development checklist.
3. Design — 1–3 weeks
We design unique layouts tailored to your brand, with separate versions for desktop and mobile. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. Learn more about our approach on the page UX/UI Design.
4. Development — 2–4 weeks
Layout, programming, admin panel, integrations with payment systems, shipping, CRM, or 1C. A website built on WordPress or a custom solution—depending on the project. We make every section editable: you can update text, photos, and prices yourself, without needing a developer.
5. Content creation and testing — 1–2 weeks
We migrate content, test forms, page speed, and how the site displays in different browsers and on mobile devices, and set up analytics and Search Console.
6. Launch and Support
Migration to a hosting provider, SSL, basic SEO optimization, training on how to use the admin panel, and transfer of access credentials. Next— support and development, if you need it.
What's Included in the Price
- responsive design for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops;
- Page load speed and Core Web Vitals — Why does this affect rankings?;
- Basic SEO optimization: headings, meta tags, sitemap, microdata, robots.txt;
- application forms that can be sent via email and messaging apps, and integration with analytics;
- Editable admin panel: You can edit the text, prices, and photos yourself, and add pages;
- configuring backups and basic security;
- Delivery of source files and access rights—the project remains yours;
- warranty period after startup.
What we use
By default — WordPress with a custom theme tailored to your design, without the clutter of heavy page builders. This provides an editable admin panel—for which it’s easy to find a specialist—and full control over the code and speed. We explained why not a page builder in this comparison Tilda, Wix, or WordPress.
When a project goes beyond the scope of a website—such as calculations, user accounts, or data exchange—we build a custom solution or a hybrid approach: a WordPress front end with the business logic handled by a separate service.
The integrations we set up most often are: LiqPay and Fondy, Nova Poshta, CRM (Keycrm, Pipedrive, Bitrix24), 1C and other accounting systems, Google Analytics and Search Console, chat widgets, and messaging apps.
How much does it cost?
The price depends not on the number of pages, but on the scope of unique solutions: how many layouts we design from scratch, how many integrations we program, and who prepares the content. That’s why we don’t publish a general price list—it wouldn’t match your project anyway.
We broke down the structure of the cost estimate in a separate article: What Goes Into the Price of a Website?. You can calculate the cost of your project in three steps — We'll send you an estimate of the cost and timeline without any phone calls.
How long does it take?
- Landing page — 2–3 weeks.
- Business card website — 3–4 weeks.
- Corporate website — 5–8 weeks.
- Online store — starting at 8 weeks.
- Web service with a personal account—starting at 3 months.
We set the timeline in phases before we even begin. The most common cause of delays isn't development, but rather content and client approval: We went into this in detail.
What you're left with after launch
Here are some things you should ask any contractor before signing a contract:
- The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you have access to them;
- The design files and code are delivered upon completion of the work;
- an admin panel that can be used without a developer;
- instructions and training for your content manager;
- The website can be handed over to any other contractor—we don't take on projects that tie clients to us.
Here is a list of questions to ask before choosing a contractor: How to Choose a Contractor: 9 Questions.

Take a look at what we've already done—in portfolio with a description of tasks and solutions. Here are a few examples:

- Panda Sushi — a delivery website with a shopping cart and an order checkout feature.
How We Work
We’re based in Kyiv, but we work on projects for clients throughout Ukraine and abroad—all communication can take place online. Discussions via messaging apps or phone calls, mockups in Figma, and a test version of the website are available to you at every stage. A face-to-face meeting in Kyiv is optional, but not required for the project.
